中国MBA教育质量控制系统探析

摘　　要：当前我国MBA教育快速发展中一个亟待解决的问题 ,是保证和提高培养质量。应用系统分析的方法 ,遵循要素质量控制、整体质量保证和提高的思路 ,可以确立影响我国MBA教育质量的 11种要素。对这些要素实施全面质量控制 ,以此构成完整的MBA教育质量控制和保障体系 ,并通过分析、检查各要素的质量 ,使各要素经过不断的调整和控制 ,趋向最佳状态 ,发挥最佳功能 ,方可达到保证和提高MBA教育质量的系统目标。MBA education has been developing quickly in China. The number of enrollment by the end of 1998 has reached 11000. It is high time to improve the quality of China's MBA education and urgent measures should be taken to train highly qualified MBA students. This paper aims to have a systematic analysis of the key factors affecting the quality of MBA education and to integrate those factors into a quality control system so as to achieve the systematic goal of guaranteeing and raising the standards of MBA education in China.
