摘　　要：介绍了 β -环状糊精的功能特性 ,综述了 β -环状糊精在茶饮料澄清中的应用 ,展望了应用前景。The paper introduced the functional properties of β-cyclodextrin, and dwelled on the application of β-cyclodextrin to the clarification treatment of tea beverage,and predicted the prospect of β-cyclodextrin.
