摘　　要：本文浅析了我国高校教育和大学生能力的现状 ,强调说明了高校创新教育和培育学生创新能力的重要性 ,并试图从高校教育和管理存在的问题中探索出有效的方法 ,来强化高校创新教育的意识和体系 ,从而培育。This paper analyses the present situation and students' abilities in China's education of higher learning and points out the importance of creativity-based education and the development of students' creative abilities. The author believes that to explore the solutions to the existing problems in higher learning institutions should strengthen the consciousness and relevant systems of our creative college education.
