葡萄酒类别的色谱界定方法研究

摘　　要：本文从气相色谱法分析检测葡萄酒的条件优化入手 ,得到具有良好分离效果的色谱柱及最佳色谱条件 ,用毛细管柱和 GC- MS联用的方法分析了不同品牌葡萄酒的特征组分及相互之间的差别 ,并对白酒和黄酒酒质进行侧面对比 。By optimizing the gas chromatographic method to determine grape wines, the optimal chromatographic conditions and the well separating column were gotten. The distinctions among different wines are corroborated by means of Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrography (GC MS) with capillary column. The results can be used to identify the quality of grape wines.
