摘　　要：借助TodaN所给出的Nb（r,w）的定义，讨论了一类复代数微分方程的代数体函数可允许解的存在性问题，并证明了有关定理．By the definition of the Nb (r,w) which is given by Toda N, we investigate theproblem of the existence of admissible algebroid solutions of a type of algebraic differential e-quations,it is a further discussion of papers (1) and (4).
