摘　　要：证明了Goormaghtigh方程x3 - 1x- 1=yn- 1y- 1的例外解 (x ,y ,n)满足gcd(x ,y) >1以及y x .In this paper we prove that the exceptional solutions (x,y,n) of Goormaghtigh's equation x 3-1x-1=y n-1y-1 satisfy gcd (x,y) >1 and yx .
