摘　　要：A criterion for the semipositive subdefiniteness of a 3× 3 block-matrix A is presented. applying the criterion, we give the general expression of left and right inverse eigenvalue problem of semipositive subdefinite matrices.A criterion for the semipositive subdefiniteness of a 3× 3 block-matrix A is presented. applying the criterion, we give the general expression of left and right inverse eigenvalue problem of semipositive subdefinite matrices.
