摘　　要：课堂既是学习场所 ,同时也应是文明修身的场所。将儒家德育理念导入课堂教学管理 ,是为此所进行的尝试。认为“文明修身”与培养学生的创新精神和创造能力并不相悖 ,因为创新精神和创造力是以民族精神为前提的 ,而儒家德育思想之精华 ,正是民族精神的有机成分。WT5”BZ]Class is both a place for study and a place for civilized cultivation.Putting Confucian moral educational idea into the class teaching management is a trail for it.The civilized cultivation is uncontradictory to training students creative spirit and ability.The innovative spirit and creative ability is on the basis of the national spirit.The essence of Confucian moral thought is just an organic part of the national spirit.
