摘　　要：治理秘书腐败的重要措施之 -是实现秘书队伍的职业化 ,而建立完备的秘书学学科体系 ,又是秘书职业化的内在要求。此文强调秘书的地位和作用对社会发展的重要性 ,以培养高素质秘书队伍为出发点 。One of the main methods to control the secretary corruption is to realize the specialization of the secretary group, while to build a complete subject system of secretary study is the inner requirement of it. In this paper, the significance of the position and effect of the secretary to social development is emphasized, the subject of secretary study and the way to construct the specialty is explored, with cultivating a qualified secretary group as the start point.
