摘　　要：本文将教学过程中出现的学生不同的学习效果与“情感过滤假设”理论相结合 ,提出英语教师在教学中不仅应“传道、授业、解惑” ,还应调整学生的学习心态 ,激发学生的学习动力 ,培养学生的学习兴趣 ,降低学生的焦虑感 ,以提高教学效果。In this article, the writer combines students' different English study effects with the theory of the Affective Filter Hypothesis, puts forward a view that English teacher is a person who should not only teach students English knowledge and language skills but also pay attention to the influence of affection factors to students' study, which stimulate students' study motivation, cultivate and maintain their studying interest, provide them a relaxing and harmonious environment.
