摘  要:通过大量实验从土壤中分离筛选出 1株同化甲醇能力较强的菌株 15 35 7,该菌能以甲醇作为碳源进行单细胞蛋白的发酵。甲醇蛋白得率为 41.5 %,粗蛋白含量为 80 .9%,各类氨基酸齐全 ,8种主要氨基酸含量丰富。毒性试验证明是一种安全的饲料添加剂 ,喂养蛋鸡应用试验表明 ,可代替鱼粉 。A strong methanol assimilating strain 15357 was isolated and screened from soil. It could utilize methanol as carbon source. The recovery of SCP from methanol was about 41.5%, and the crude protein content was 80.9% with complete various amino acids and abundant with eight main essential amino acids. Toxicological experiment has proved that the SCP is safety for feed additive. The results of layer feeding application experiment showed that fishmeal can be replaced by it with obviously raising egg laying efficiency.
