摘  要:高校档案系列职称改革中存在一些亟待解决的问题 :档案专业技术职务实际存在终身制 ,尚未形成能上能下、能进能出的激励机制 ,聘任制中关于设岗、结构比例及界定范围还没有真正落实 ,聘后管理也不完善 ,评价方式单一 ,评价标准模糊。本文从四个方面对高校档案系列的职称改革进行论述。Some problems waiting hungrily for resolution still exist during the reform in professional titles of file series in colleges and universities. For example, life long ownership actually exists in the title of a technical or professional post; the encouraging system hasn't taken shape in which one can be pro_moted or be demoted, and one can get the post or quit it; the position wanted, structure proportion and limited scope in the system of appointment haven't been actually implemented; the management after appointment is imperfect; the evaluation method is monotonous and the evaluation standard is vague. In a word, this essay discusses the reform of professional titles in colleges and universities from four aspects.
