摘　　要：使用奇点理论和群论方法对奇异黎曼度量之下的 Γ-等变分歧问题进行了研究 ,给出了 Γ-等变分歧问题中的Γ - C°接触等价的一个判别条件 ,推广了 Percell P B,ZOU Jian- cheng,Sun W Z关于分歧问题有限决定性C0理论中的有关结果 .证明将在文章的下半部分给出 .We study the topological properties of Γ \|equivariant bifurcation problem under a kind of singular Riemanian metric using singularity theory and representative theory of compact Lie group A criterion is given to judge the d determination of Γ \|equivariant bifurcation problems with respect to Γ\|C° contact equivalence Some result of Percell P B,ZOU Jian\|cheng,Sun W Z. are generalized, this paper was given by two part
