摘 要:[目的 ]探讨绝经后妇女发生股骨颈骨折与膳食蛋白质摄入量的关系 ,以便采取相应的防治措施。 [方法 ]采用 1∶2配比的病例对照研究方法 ,于 1998年 9月至 1999年 9月在天津医院骨科病房选取初发的股骨颈骨折的绝经后妇女 3 0名 ,平均年龄为 66 0岁 ,同时按 1∶2配比原则 ,从老年妇女健康体检中选取 60名没有骨折的绝经后妇女作为对照组 ,平均年龄 65 6岁 ,配比条件是年龄、民族、绝经年限和居住地。调查并比较两组近 1年内膳食中蛋白质、热能与钙的摄入量。 [结果 ]骨折组蛋白质的摄入量明显高于对照组 ,钙的摄入量则低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并且两组的骨密度(BMD)、体质指数 (BMI)的差异也有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,骨折组均低于对照组。 [结论 ]绝经后妇女发生股骨颈骨折与膳食蛋白质的摄入量有关 ,提示应适量摄取蛋白质 ,当蛋白质摄入增加时 。Objective\]To investigate the relationship between dietary protein intake and collum femoris fracture among postmenopausal women for taking effective measures to prevent it. \1∶2 matched case control study was used in the study, 30 women (average age was 66 0) who were suffering from hip fracture were selected as the cases in Tianjin Hospital from Sep. 1998 to Sep. 1999, all of them were diagnosed as collum femoris fracture first time; 60 old women (average age was 65 6) who had no collum femoris fracture according to routine medical examination were selected as controls. The matching conditions were age, race, age of menopause and residence. Dietary history of latest 12 months was assessed using food frequency questionnaire, dietary intake of protein, energy and calcium were compared between two groups.\The intake of protein and energy in cases were significantly higher than that among controls, but calcium intake of cases was significantly lower than that among controls (P<0 05). BMD and BMI of cases were significantly lower than that in controls (P<0 05). \[Conclusions\]There is a relation between collum femoris fracture and dietary intake of protein in the postmenopausal women. It is recommended that postmenopausal women should intake proper amount of protein, and intake of calcium also should be increased properly when protein intake increases.
