摘　　要：研究了负稳定矩阵与完全主正阵之间的关系，指出它们的交是两类矩阵集的真子集.得到了稳定矩阵与亚正定阵联系的重要结论和稳定矩阵的一类新的充要条件.还给出了大批属于负稳定矩阵和完全主正阵交集的便于应用的矩阵类.The relations between negatively stable matrices and totally principal positive matrices are studied. Their intersection is a true subset of each of them. The author presents some important conclusions which connects negatively stable matrices and totally principal positive matrices and some new necessary and sufficient conditions that a matrices belongs to the kind of stable matrices. Some kinds of matrices are given, which belongs to the intersection of negatively stable matrices and totally principal positive matrices and can be used conveniently.
