摘  要:研究了 Canola油中混入棉籽油和棕榈油导致浑浊的鉴别方法,基本排除了 Canola油在低温下浑浊是由 于搀假的可能性。蜡和一些高分子、高熔点物质在低温下析出 , 是引起 Canola油浑浊的真正原因。介绍了这些沉淀 物质的组成及蜡含量的测定方法,并提出了解决问题的方法。The methods on distinguishing cottonseed oil and palm oil mixed in the Canola oil was researched. The possibilities that the haze of Canola oil in low temperature was caused by adulteration were excluded. The true reasons are the sedimentation of the wax and other high molecular weight and high melting point substances in the Canola oil when the temperatures were low. The methods of determining the content of wax in the oils and the composition of the sediment were introduced. The means how to wipe off the haze appearance was discussed.
