摘　　要：证明了一般域上的 2 -幂零矩阵存在 Jordan标准型 ,并给出其明确表示 .同时也证明了两个 2In this paper, we prove that an arbitrary 2 nilpotent matrix over general fields exists in Jordan's normal form that is given clearly , and we also prove that two 2 nilpotent matrixes are similar only if their ran ks are equal.
