摘　　要：为了验证利用超临界CO2 从油脂脱臭馏出物中分离生育酚的可行性 ,我们采用一套气液相可交替循环的测定装置 ,对脱臭馏出物甲酯化产物—超临界CO2 体系进行了相平衡数据的测定 ,并据此计算、分析了甲酯化产物、生育酚在超临界CO2 中溶解度、分配系数 ,为超临界CO2In an investigation of the possibility of extraction and fractionating natural tocopherols from oil deodorizer distillates (DOD in short)using supercritical carbon dioxide,the date about phase equilibria of the system composed of the methyl esterified product from DOD carbon dioxide was measured at 313.15K～333.15K and 10 MPa～23 MPa,using a self made experimental equipment,the data were determined and analyzed from three aspects,solubility and distribution coefficient and the relative volatile ratio of tocopherols to fatty acid methyl esters,a preliminary conclusion can be drew,it is possible to separated natural tocopherol from oil deodorizer distillates under 20 MPa with supercritical carbon dioxide.
