浅析啤酒标准中二氧化碳分析方法存在的问题

摘　　要：啤酒标准中CO_2含量分析方法存在一些问题。啤酒中CO_2的溶解度不完全符合亨利定律。国标法“瓶颈空气”体积的计算有较大误差;酒精浓度对测定结果有影响,国标法的测定结果偏低且精度不高。There are some problems in the analysis way of CO2 existing in the Beer Standard. The solubility of CO2 in the beer does not completely suit to the Dicipline of Henry. The calculation of the volume of the 'bottle-neck air'has great error, the density of alcohol influences the determination results, the determination results by the National Standard are lowly declined and the accuracy is not so high.
