摘　　要：曲酸在食品、化妆品、医药及农药领域具有重要的用途,主要生产方法是发酵法。我国对曲酸的生产技术研究已走在世界前列,但目前只有山东中舜科技发展有限公司实现了工业化生产。国内目前的需求量为25t/a左右,并以15％～20％的年增长速度递增;国外对我国曲酸及其衍生物的订单量在80～120t/a左右,且逐年增加。国内产品的数量及质量尚不能满足国内外市场的需求。Kojic acid has important applications in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and pesticide fields. Main production method is fermentation. Studies on the manufacturing technology of kojic acid in China have ranked the forefront in the world. However, only Shandong Zhongshun Science & Technology Development Ltd. Co. realized commercial production. China's market demand is about 25t/a and is growing at 15% - 20% , foreign market demand for China's kojic acid and it' s derivants is about 80 - 120t/a and is increasingly growing yearly. Quantity and quality of domestic kojic acid product can not meet market demand at home and abroad.
