摘　　要：古医籍中的实词活用现象非常普遍 ,必须了解词类活用的规律。其方法是紧密联系上下文 ,通过词在句中的位置 ,前后有哪些词与它结合 ,构成什么样的句法关系 ,具备什么语法特点来判断。以此选择出符合上下文的语译 ,真正准确理解原文。Lively use of notional words is very popular in monumental works of TCM.The rule of lively use of words shlould be mastered.The meaning of a word should be understood through its context,its position in sentence,its neibouring words,the sentence structure,the characteristics of grammar.Thus the original article can be well understood through fixing the right meaning of a notional word.
