摘　　要：给出反例表明吴全华在 [2 ]中给出的模糊数列的单调收敛定理不成立 ,同时指出该文中闭区间套定理的证明也有错误 ,并加以修正。In this paper, we give a counterexample showing that the monotone convergence theorem on sequence of fuzzy numbers in a paper of Wu Quan-hua is not valid and point out that the proof of nest theorem of closed intervals in the paper is also incorrect. We modify them into the right forms.
