钯-铜催化偶合碘苷与末端炔烃的反应

摘　　要：经保护的 5 碘脱氧尿苷与末端炔烃以二甲基甲酰胺作为溶剂 ,用双 (三苯基膦 )氯化钯和碘化亚铜进行偶合得到相应的 5 (炔 1 基 )脱氧尿苷 ,收率 :85～ 92 %。另外 ,5 碘脱氧尿苷与 2分子的丙炔酸甲酯反应得到一个新化合物 4 O (反式 丙烯酸甲酯 1 基 ) 5 (丙炔酸甲酯 1 基 )Coupling of terminal alkynes with protected 5 iodouridine in the presence of dichlorobis(triphenylphosphine)palladium and copper(Ⅰ) iodine in dimethylformamide gave the corresponding 5 (alkyn 1 yl) uridines in 85%～92%.In addition,a new compound 4 O (trans methyl acrylate 1 yl) 5 (methyl propionate 1 yl) deoxyuridine was obtained from the condensation of 5 iododeoxyuridine with 2 methyl propionates.
