摘 要:采用固液结合 ,利用鸡腿菇 (瑞 10 )对甘薯渣进行发酵。发酵 10d ,产物粗蛋白含量可达 14.1%,比原料本身的粗蛋白含量提高了 2 46 .3%,比所用培养基的粗蛋白含量提高 5 8.4%。发酵产物的粗纤维含量由原料中的2 5 .0 3%下降至 14.2 %,降解率为 43.1%。且具有鸡腿菇特有的清香气味。Sweet potato dregs were fermented with coprinus domatua (rui 10) by means of combined solid - liquid state fermentation. After 10 days operation, the raw protein content in the fermented product reached 14.1%, which was 246.3% and 58.4% higher than that of the sweet potato dregs and the medium used respectively; the raw cellulose content reduced from 25.03% to 14.2%; the degradation percentage was 43.1%. And there was a sweet smell unique to coprinus domatua in the protein feed.
