办出专科特色,应对“入世”挑战

摘　　要：通过分析中国加入WTO对高职高专学校带来的机遇和挑战 ,论述了高职高专的地位 ,阐明了办出专科特色是应对挑战的根本出路 ,并且对专科特色给出了一个新的定义。On the analysis of the opportunities and challenges brought by the entry into WTO,we have discussed the status of polytechnic college,pointing out the basic way how to meet challenges--holding the features of polytechnic college,and it also gives out a new definition of polytechnic college.
