摘　　要：目前,对初中生实施素质教育还有许多不尽人意的地方,为了推进素质教育的实施,应做好以下几方面的。作:1.建立并完善一套与素质教育相适应的评价和管理体系;2.改革现行的初中升学体制;3.加紧对教师进行关于素质教育的培训工作;4.减轻初中学生过重的课业负担;5.加强对学生进行民族优秀文化传统的教育;6.培养学生多种意识、多种能力和创新精神;7.改进教育教学方法;8.举办家长学校,转变家长的成才观念;9.加大对学校实施素质教育情况的检查、监督力度。The current situation of quality education in junior middle schools is not satisfactory in many ways. To improve quality education, the following measures should be taken. First, establish and improve a set of evaluation and administrative system consistent with quality education. Second, reform the current system of students enrolment in higher schools. Third, pay close attention to teachers' training in quality education. Fourth, reduce the study load of students. Fifth, strengthen the education of excellent national cultural tradition for students. Sixth, foster students' various concepts, capabilities and creative spirit. Seventh, improve educational and teaching methods. Eighth, open up parents' schools and change their ideas about child - rearing. Ninth, increase the examination and monitor strength to implement quality education in junior schools.
