摘　　要：为寻求稳定护理队伍的对策 ,本文分析了该院聘用护士离院的原因 ;同时 ,提出了防止聘用护士流失的对策。为稳定我军的护理队伍 。To look for the countermeasure of stabilizing the nursing troop, it is analyzed in this article that the reason of the contracted nurses running off this hospital; simultaneously, it is put forward that avoiding the measure of the contracted nurses running off. The experience should be provided for stabilizing the nursing troops, increasing the nursing quality.
