摘　　要：综述了近几年来发酵废渣资源化利用的研究进展 ,并对其应用前景和发展对策进行了探讨 ,着重提出制订固态发酵酵母粉的质量评估指标及质量标准 ,对规范固态发酵酵母粉的生产、管理。This paper summarizes the research advancement of utilizing fermentation residue as natural resources in recent years, discusses its application prospects and development strategy, with which the production management and quality control of yeast powder product could be regulated and the market of solid state yeast powder could be ensured to develop in a healthy and orderly way.
