摘  要:知识经济是 2 1世纪人类社会一场伟大的经济革命 ,高等学校要培养适应知识经济的高素质的人才 ,特别是我国的理工科院校 ,必须转变观念 ,变革传统的教育观念 ,在强化理工科学生宽口径、厚基础、强能力的人才培养机制的同时 ,尤应着力于理工科学生的人文素质培养 ,大力倡导创造性教学 ,以培养具有创造性的全面素质的人才 ,迎接未来科学技术的挑战。Knowledge economy is a great social revolution in the 21st century. The higher institutions in China, especially those in science and engineering, have to change the old conception, strengthen the humanistic quality cultivation to students of science and engineering, and reinforce the talent cultivation mechanism with wide bore, sound foundation and strong capability. They have to revolutionize their traditional educational conception, promote their creative teaching, and put stress on the training of the comprehensive qualities to the students in the 21st century.They have to take the challenge of the future's science and technology by means of widening the students' intellectual field and training them into the comprehensively qualified and creative personnel.
