摘　　要：地方性院校走与当地大中型企业联合实施产学研合作教育的道路是适应社会经济发展、为区域经济服务 ,寻求自身发展的必然趋势。就产学研合作教育的内容、模式及措施等进行理论探讨 。Local college and large & medium-sized local enterprises joining together to implement cooperative education is an inevitable tendency to fit in with social and economic development,to serve local economy and to seek self-development.Theoretical explorations of the content,mode and measures of cooperation education of production-study-and-research type can act as a guide in its implementation.
