摘　　要：高师学生在人格方面 ,具有良好的人格结构与人格中的弱点、缺陷并存和冲突的特点。在全面推行素质教育的今天 ,应加强对高师学生的人格培养教育 ,这对学生的健康发展、深化素质教育、提高整个民族素质水平具有重要的意义。For college students their personality structure is in general well established. But their personality is characterized with the coexistence of defects and weak points. Their personality training should be strengthened in quality education. This is of great significance in terms of students healthy growth and the improvement of the quality of Chinese people as a whole.
