粤西地区四种香蕉皮的成份分析

摘　　要：对 4种不同的香蕉皮的成份进行了测定 .通过凯氏定氮法、索氏提取法和等离子体发射光谱法 (ICP)对香蕉皮中的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总糖和无机元素等成份进行定量测定。结果表明 4种不同的香蕉皮中均含有比较丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖以及K、Ca、Mg、S、Fe、Zn等十几种元素 .因此 。The ingredient of several banana peel were determined in this paper. Protein, fat, carbohydrate and minerals of the banana peel were determined rationally by several methods such as miso-kieldohl method,Soxhlet sam,ICP,etc. The results showed that there were plentiful protein, fat, carbohydrate and many elements such as Potassium Calcium, Magnesium, Sulphur, Femun, Zinc in the banana peel. Therefore ,banana peel can be potential source for animal forage.
