摘 要:以初断乳雄性SD大鼠进行为期7周的动态实验发现,肝铁浓度在核黄素缺乏组(RD组)呈下降趋势;自由摄食对照组(AL组)基本维持不变;而体重对照组(WM组)则明显上升。从2周末起,RD组的肝铁浓度即显著低于WM组。肝脾总贮铁及肝脾总贮铁以体重表示,RD组也低于AL及WM组。从5周末起,RD组的Hb浓度低于WM组,但三组的FEP浓度在各期均无差异。作者认为核黄素缺乏会降低大鼠肝、脾贮铁,同时影响Hb水平。该作用可认为系通过降低铁的吸收所致。A 7-week experiment showed that riboflavin deficient (RD) weanling rats could not maintain their liver iron storage, while ad lib (AL) fed and weight matched (WM) rats could. Ad lib fed control rats accumulated iron in the liver rapidly. From the end of the 2nd week, liver iron concentration became significantly lower in RD rats than that in the other two groups. Iron storage in the liver and spleen per body weight was also lower in RD rats during the seven week period. From the end of the 5th week, RD rats showed a lower Hb concentration than WM and AL rats. FEP concentrations were normal in the three groups during the period. We consider that riboflavin deficiency probably causes decrease in Hb concentration and iron storage in rats, by inhibiting the process of iron absorption.
