摘 要:近年来 ,消费者对食品对健康的影响及其安全性的关注程度逐年增强 ,酒类也不例外。鉴于此 ,酒类也不得不在商标上写上“有机”之类的字样 ,以便给消费者一个放心消费的承诺。就清酒的标识方法作了具体的图解 ,可解读有机、自然(organic,natural)Consumers concern about the safety of food and its effects on peoples′health increasingly and wines is surely in the category. In consideration of such concerns, 'organic' or other such kinds of expressions are added to the trademark for wines, which means a reliable promise to consumers. In this paper, the trademarks of Sake were illustrated thoroughly and the correlations of 'organic'& 'natural' and wines were also introduced.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
