摘 要:目的 了解居民户食用碘盐的普及程度及质量情况。方法 采用分层系统抽样方法,分别在1998年及2000年度,对全国范围内的36个食物与营养监测点的居民户食盐碘含量进行了随机抽样调查。结果 2000年城市及农村居民户合格碘盐食用率分别为88.8%、86.0%,比1998年分别提高了7.3%和14.4%;非碘盐比率分别为1.3%和0.8%,比1998年分别降低了5.6%和7.4%。结论 城市及农村地区的碘盐质量正在不断的提高,但仍有非碘盐及不合格碘盐的存在,有待今后进一步加强盐业市场的管理。Objective The aim of the present study was to estimate the comsumption and quality of household iodized salts.Methods Iodine content of household salts were determined, which were sampled from 36 food and nutrition monitoring spots by staged system sampling method in China in the year of 1998 and 2000.Results The ratio of qualified iodized salt of urban and rural household salts were 88.8% and 86.0%, the ratio of non iodized salt were 1.3% and 0.8% in the year of 2000.Compared with the results in the year of 1998, the first ratio increased 7.3 and 14.4 percents, and the second ratio decreased 5.6 and 7.4 percents respectively. Conctusions The quality of iodized salt in rural and urban area were both improved greatly, but there still have unqualified iodized salt.The management of salt market market should be strengthened in the future.
