摘  要:对采用射流燃烧室的新型高压缩比稀混合气 492 QS车用汽油机 ,在单缸机实测示功图和 NOx 排放数据基础上 ,结合由新改进的多区燃烧分析模型经计算得到的燃烧放热率、已燃气体平均温度、NOx生成率等有关结果 ,分析了燃烧特性与 NOx 生成特性之间的关系。从而既为该燃烧系统的深入研究及推广应用提供了理论依据 ,又展示了在汽油机中较好地解决兼顾性能与 NOxOn the basis of the measured indicator diagram and NO x emission of a single cylinder gasoline engine with TJ Jet combustion chamber,a new improved multi zone combustion diagnostic model is used to get the heat release rate,the average temperature of burned gas and NO x formation rate as well as other important parameters.Combined the calculated results with the tested data,the relations between combustion characteristics and NO x formation rate are analyzed for the new kind of high compression ratio(CR) and lean burn 492QS gasoline engine.As a result,a theoretical basis is provided for the further research and application of the new combustion system.On the other hand,a technical measure to compromise well the contradictions between performances and NO x emission of internal combustion engine is showed.
