摘　　要：教学教法及手段是健美操教学中的重要环节之一 ,本文通过对教法及手段的探讨 ,讨论了提高健美操教学的效果 ,为高等师范学生毕业后普及、开展健美操运动打好教学基础。Teaching method and means are one of the most important teaches in the body mechanics teachings.By researching the teaching method and means in this litterpress.We discuss the effect of body mechanics,to make a good foundagion for the altitude students graduated from school to desseninate and develop body mechanics sports.
