摘　　要：个性是指一个人经常地稳定地表现出来的不同于他人的心理特点的总和。为在日常学生管理工作中促进学生的个性发展 ,应本着“一个认识、一个重视、三个培养”的工作思路 。Personality indicates that person frequently and steadily exhibits psychological characteristic summation which differ form others.This paper expounds ideological workers how to promote the undergraduates personality development in daily managing work.Also it brings out the means of 'first is cognition,second is recognition ,third is bring up'.All of these afford valuable referrence to spacious managing workers and instructors.
