桑叶茶的营养药用功能及品质分析

摘　　要：桑叶药食兼用,含有丰富的营养和药用成分,是纯天然绿色产品。以霜桑叶及由此制成的桑叶茶为研究对象进行动物功能性实验表明,桑叶茶浸液具有明显的降血脂作用,复方桑叶茶浸液具有明显的降血糖作用。The nutritive and medicinal value of mulberry-leaf tea made of frost mulberry leaves was studied in this paper. Mulberry-leaves are rich in nutritive and medicinal substances, and can be used as edible tea as well as medicine. The animal experiment results showed that extracts of mulberry-leaf tea and compound mulberry-leaf tea has the function of reducing the blood fat and blood sugar of the wistar rats respectively.
