摘　　要：本文改进了Yang,C.C.的两个结果,即证明了: 如果非线性的整函数f和g,它们之中至少一个是超越的,满足下面的条件之一:(1)f的级为有穷,,c>1为一常数。(2)g的级为有穷,f(g)的超级小于g的级。则,F(z)≡f(g(z))有无穷多个不动点。In this paper two results due to C.C. Yang are generalized, namely if the entire functions f and g, at least one of them is transcendental, satisfy either (1) f is of finite order andwhere c>1 is a constant number, or (2) g is of finite order, the hyperorder of f(g) is less than the order of g, then F(z)≡f(g(z)) has infinitely many fixed-points.
