高职院校校企共建技术中心合作模式及管理体系的研究

摘　　要：以湖南省高铁运行安全保障工程技术研究中心为载体,通过对国外高等院校校企合作的各种模式进行研究,借鉴国外发达国家的经验,探索校企合作共建技术中心的合作模式、运行机制、组织结构、项目管理流程以及利益分配的问题,提出“政行校企”结合的校企合作模式,通过政府和行业引导,院校推动和协调,企业全程参与,利用四方参与的组织结构以及管理体系,实现四方优势互补、资源互用、利益共享,实现高校教育及企业管理现代化,让教育和企业生产都能可持续发展,为高职院校产教融合、校企协同育人提供新思路。This paper takes Hunan High-speed Railway Operation Safety and Security Engineering Technology Research Center as the carrier, conducts research on various modes of cooperation between foreign universities and colleges, learns the experience of foreign developed countries, and explores the cooperation between school-enterprise cooperation and technical center, including models, operational mechanisms, organizational structures, project management processes, and issues of interest distribution. The article puts forward the school-enterprise cooperation mode of "Government Industry School and Enterprise". Through government and industry guidance, colleges promote and coordinate, enterprises participate in the whole process, and use the organizational structure and management system of the four parties to achieve complementary advantages and resource interoperability, benefit sharing, realizing the modernization of college education and enterprise management, enabling education and enterprise production to be sustainable, and providing new ideas for the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges and the coordination of school and enterprise.
