摘　　要：以个人亲身体会认为,体育学研究的基础是体育教学和运动训练,体育理论的创新条件是自由思想和文理并包的知识结构,又述及体育概念和体育原理体系的创建。The author of this paper makes an explanation about sport theoretical basis and points out that is sport teaching and training,the conditions for bring about new ideas are enjoy freedom of thinking and had all round knowledge,also discuss the sport concept and system of sport fundamentals.
