摘 要:采用分层整群抽样法选取北京市某中学768名学生为被试,探讨父母监控与青少年自我控制的关系,同时考察父母自我控制的调节作用。结果发现:(1)青少年的自我控制能力总体处于较好水平,初中生自我控制能力比高中生更好。(2)父亲、母亲监控存在显著性别差异:母亲行为和心理监控水平均高于父亲;父亲行为监控在子女性别上有显著差异,父亲对男孩的行为监控水平高于女孩;父、母行为监控在子女年级上有显著差异,父亲和母亲对初中生的行为监控高于高中生。(3)父、母自我控制能力存在显著的性别差异:母亲自我控制能力高于父亲自我控制能力;父、母亲自我控制能力在子女年级上均存在显著差异,初中生的父母自我控制能力高于高中生父母自我控制能力。(4)父母行为监控、父母自我控制与青少年自我控制能力呈显著正相关;父母心理监控与青少年自我控制能力呈显著负相关。(5)父母监控、父母自我控制对青少年自我控制的预测关系强弱依次为,母亲自我控制、母亲行为监控、父亲自我控制。父亲自我控制对父亲监控与青少年自我控制的关系起调节作用。This study,by using stratified and cluster sampling to test 768 students from a middle school in Beijing,aims to explore the relationship between parental monitoring and adolescents ’ self-control,as well as the moderating effect of parental self-control. The findings show the following:( 1) On the whole,the students tested showed a high level of self-control; the junior high school students showed a higher level of self-control than their senior high school counterparts;( 2) there was a significant gender difference between the fathers’ monitoring and the mothers’ monitoring: the mothers showed a higher level of behavioral and psychological monitoring than the fathers; there was a significant gender difference in the fathers’ behavioral monitoring,as they showed a higher level of behavioral monitoring to their sons than to their daughters; there was a significant grade difference in the parents’ behavioral monitoring,as they showed a higher level of behavioral monitoring to the junior high school students than to the senior high school students;( 3) there was a significant gender difference in self-control between the fathers and the mothers,as the mothers showed a high level of self-control than the fathers; there was a significant grade difference in the parents’ self-control,as the junior high school students’ parents showed a higher level of self-control than the senior high school students’ parents;( 4) there were significantly positive correlations between the parents’ behavioral monitoring( or self-control) and their children’s self-control,and significantly negative correlations between their psychological monitoring and their children’s self-control; and( 5) the mothers’ self-control could be used to most significantly predict their children’s self-control,followed by the mothers’ behavioral monitoring,and the fathers’ self-control; and the fathers’ self-control could moderate the relationship between their monitoring and their children’s self-control.
