摘 要:目的通过为期两年的循证护理教育,证明高职护生的批判新思维能力有所提高,为循证护理教育提供依据。方法设立实验组和对照组,对照组采取传统的教学手段,实验组配合循证护理教育,在开学初,课程中间及课程结束,采用批判性思维能力的测量表(CTDI-CV)进行测试,并对结果进行统计分析。结果进过循证护理教育的护生在开放思想、分析能力、批判思维的自信心及认知成熟度这四个项目的提升上有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论循证护理教育意义重大,不仅能提高护生的批判性思维能力,对其将来的职业生涯都有明确的指导意义。Objective Through two years of evidence-based nursing education,higher vocational nursing students prove new critical thinking ability,provide the basis for evidence-based nursing education.Methods To set up the experimental group and control group,control group adopts the traditional teaching method,the experimental group with evidence-based nursing education,and at the beginning of the term course in the middle and end,the critical thinking ability of inventory (CTDI -CV)testing,and statistical analysis.Result The results in evidence-based nursing education ability of nursing students in open mind analysis.The improvement of the four projects of critical thinking confidence and cognitive maturity has statistical significance (P<0.05).Discussion Evidence-based nursing education is of great significance,which can not only improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students,but also provide clear guidance-for their future career.
