浅议19世纪西方法学术语的汉译

摘　　要：19世纪西方法学形成了一套不同于中世纪的理论体系及专门术语,与传统的中华法系也有很大的差异,汉译过程十分困难。翻译者主要通过音译、意译等方式展开,既展现了中国文化的特点,又传递了许多政治、思想、文化的含义。The law theory of the west in 19 th century formed a set of theoretical system and law terminology which differed from that of in the middle century,posing difficulties for English to Chinese translation due to the discrepancy between the west ones and traditional Chinese laws. Translators mainly adopted approaches of transliteration and free translation to translate.
