摘 要:为了解大赛对职教师资能力提升发挥的影响作用,课题组面向中高职院校教学一线教师设计了调查问卷。通过调查,明确以赛促教目标有待深入实施,并提出建议:完善参赛制度,促进以赛促教促学目标的落实;制定完善的教师企业实践计划,实施职业院校教师持技能证书上岗制;建立和谐团队,实现教师专业技能的共同进步。A questionnaire for the front-line teachers in secondary and higher vocational colleges is issued by the research group,in order to investigate the skill-competition’s impact on the improvement of the ability of vocational teachers.The investigation show that there is much to do to promote teaching through skill-competition.Some suggestions are made by the research group.Firstly,the competition regulations should be consummated so as to fulfill the improvement.Secondly,the teacher enterprise-practice plan should be made,and the "employment only teachers with skill-certificate" regulation should be implemented.Finally,teachers’ vocational skills should get mutual improvement by building a harmonious team.
