摘  要:教师培训在快速传播政策理念、提升教师的教育教学理论等方面发挥着积极作用,是教师专业成长的重要途径。本文通过对参加培训教师的调查以及对教师培训组织者的访谈,发现受培训时间和空间的限制,教师培训在提升课堂教学技能以及处理突发事件的能力方面效果不尽如人意。基于PID模型的特征分析,针对存在的问题,给出了改善教师培训的若干建议。Teacher training plays an active role in rapidly disseminating policy concepts and improving teachers’ education and teaching theories, and is an important way for teachers to grow professionally. Through the survey of participating teachers and interviews with teacher training organizers, this paper finds the limitations of training time and space. The effect of teacher training on improving classroom teaching skills and dealing with emergencies is not satisfactory. Based on the feature analysis of PID model, some suggestions for improving teacher training are given for the existing problems.
