高职软件技术专业现代学徒制人才培养的探索与创新

摘　　要：九江职业大学的软件技术专业实力较强,生源充足,校企合作稳定,软件技术专业人才适用该模式培养,为应用现代学徒制培养高职软件技术专业人才提供了可能。当前面临的主要问题为培养目标不明确,培养方案及课程体系不完善,培养过程管理不到位,保障机制缺乏。因此,有必要准确定位人才培养目标,优化人才培养方案及课程体系,加强过程管理并创新培养模式,落实保障机制,从而让高职软件技术专业现代学徒制人才培养取得更好效果。The software technology specialty of Jiujiang Vocational University is strong in strength,abundant in students,and stable in school enterprise cooperation.It is possible to apply the modern apprenticeship system to the training of software technology professionals in Higher Vocational colleges.At present,the main problems are unclear training objectives,imperfect training programs and curriculum system,inadequate training process management and lack of safeguard mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately position the training objectives,optimize the training program and curriculum system,strengthen the process management and innovate the training mode,and implement the guarantee mechanism,so as to make the modern apprenticeship talents training of software technology major in Higher Vocational Colleges achieve better results.
