摘 要:随着融合教育理念和实践的深入发展,资源教师在沟通普通教育与特殊教育的过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,其遴选和招聘工作变得十分关键。从对美国8所公立学校资源教师招聘信息文本的分析中,可以发现美国8所公立学校对资源教师的学历、资格证书等要求严格,并明确规定资源教师所需的专业素养。结合我国实际,对我国资源教师的发展提出建议:既要加强资源教师师资培养工作,建立和完善资格认定制度及专业标准;又要巩固资源教师融合教育理念,在实践中提升自己,并不断推进随班就读工作的发展。With the deepening development of the concept and practice of inclusive education,resource room teachers play an increasingly important role in the communication between general education and special education.Therefore,the selection and recruitment of resource room teachers has become very important.Based on the recruitment information Of resource room teachers in eight American public schools in 2017,we found that there were strict requirements on education and qualification certificates of resource teachers in America,and regulations on the professional concepts,professional knowledge and professional abilities that resource teachers need.In the light of the actual situation in China,we put forward some enlightenment for the development of resource teachers.It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of resource teachers and establish the qualification system and professional standards.Also,resource teachers need to consolidate the concepts of inclusive education and improve themselves in practice,to constantly promote the development of study in the regular class.
