摘 要:文章探讨了以"双导师"共同育人为特点的"现代学徒制"人才培养模式下学生企业实习课程的考评标准及成绩认定方式问题,并根据"认识实习""跟岗实习""顶岗实习"3个专业核心实践课程的不同开设目的和形式,提出"二位""三位""四位"一体的"多方参与、共同考评"的评价原则和标准,为提升"现代学徒制"的人才培养质量及创新企业实习课程考核考评方式提供新思路。This paper focuses on the evaluation criteria and the performance recognition approaches of student internship courses under the modern apprenticeship training mode with the key feature of "double tutors"co-education.According to the different purposes and forms of the three core professional practice courses of "Cognitive Practice","Follow-up Practice"and "Post Practice",this paper puts forward the evaluation principles and standards of the "Multi participation and Common evaluation"by integrating "Two-party","Three-party"and "Four-party",and provides a new idea to speed up the upgrading of "Modern Apprenticeship"talent training quality and the innovation of enterprise practice course appraisal mode.
